1. Products and Product Information

Our products (candles, lotions, room sprays, and diffusers) are handmade in small batches. Because each item is made by hand, slight variations in color, scent strength, appearance, and fill level are normal and expected.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must be received before an order is processed and shipped.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders from Fort Worth, Texas. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Eligibility Requirements
Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that [final sale items, custom products, or gift cards] are exempt from returns.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at kymskandlesatthebarn1@gmail.com and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

5. Candle Care Instructions

To ensure safe and optimal use of our candles, please follow these instructions:

Allow the candle to burn for 4 full hours on the first burn. After the first burn, you may burn as you please, but do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Trim the wick before each new burn to remove carbon buildup. Every candle burns differently.
If at any point you notice soot, high flames, or smoke, blow out the candle, trim the wick, and relight.
Always burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep candles away from flammable objects, children, and pets.

6. Diffuser Care Instructions

To get the best performance and longest life from your diffuser, please follow these steps:

Remove the White Tab from the cap before use.
Place the reeds in the solution for 24 hours.
Then flip the reeds over.
Flip the reeds one time each week.
Once you can no longer smell the fragrance, it is time to replace your reeds.

By following these instructions, you will prolong the life of your diffuser for optimal use.

7. Medical Liability and Health Hazards Disclaimer

Kym's Kandle's At The Barn LLC is not responsible for any medical conditions, injuries, allergic reactions, or health hazards that may result from the use or misuse of our products. This includes, but is not limited to:

Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities to lotions, room sprays, or diffusers
Respiratory irritation from scents or smoke
Burns, fire damage, or injuries caused by candles
Any other health-related issues arising from product use

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Customers with known allergies, sensitivities, asthma, or other health concerns should consult a healthcare professional before using our products.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kym's Kandle's At The Barn LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to medical expenses, personal injury, property damage, or health issues arising from the use of our website or products.
